"This was an unexpected trip for a Family medical situation. Being very tired from an unexpected long drive, It was pleasant and comforting to be greeted by such a welcoming and cheerful young lady at the desk check-in who was very helpful and kind with everything. Very much appreciated a very clean room with a comfortable bed. And the breakfast was very good and a good variety. Every staff member that I saw was extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed."

"It’s a new hotel, still very clean. Lovely design. Both desk attendants during my stay were kinda spacey but pleasant. Breakfast was fine but just the usual hotel grab and go stuff. Would book again if in the area. "

"I am very displeased. I paid for my room using the Expedia site, but when I arrive to check in the desk said that I need to add my bank card for security purposes. The hotel charged me for the room as well, and I have not received a refund , the manager keeps giving me the runaround. I will be contacting the BBB."
