Floor, walls, tub, lamp was dirty. Walls and counter top in bath were unfinished and splattered with paint. Tub had a big chip in bottom that could have cut your foot. We have stayed here several years in a row and it gets worse each time. This will be our last time.
The hotel was overall great. It was quiet and the staff were all very kind. The caulking in my shower needed to be redone and the hot options for breakfast did not seem like real food.
I left some items in my room, i called the hotel and they told me the items were at the front desk, i went to get them and my Bluetooth speaker was missing and she said only 1 item was turned in. I left made it home unpacked and still no speaker. I called back and they said yes its at the front desk and you'll have to pay for us to ship it to you. Wow, thats unfortunate being your employee told me it wasnt there when i came to retrieve my coat. I think they should pay the shipping fee since their employee neglected to give me my belongings when i was there at the hotel to get my coat. Other than that i had no problems with my stay!!
