"Employees at the hotel could not have been nicer.! So much so that I had a suspicion they thought I was a spy, secret shopper, etc for the company! Super nice. They even called me after check in to see how it went and if everything went well! And The room had amenities that a higher end hotel provides. "The only problem I had that when I went to bed the flat sheet under the bed cover on one of the beds was crumpled and looked like someone used it. There was also a men’s shirt on a desk chair under the desk which felt like someone lived there before us and the room wasn’t cleaned properly after. Especially it’s not acceptable because we paid a $75 cleaning fee to the property when leaving for the hotel having to clean after having our dog with us. "

"The service was good. My sales partner has cerval palsy and walks with braces so they gave us a first floor room but it was smoking and we didn’t feel comfortable.
