"The staff was friendly and helpful, the hhotel is a bit outdated with decor and furniture from the 90s but this is shown on the site as well. The highway is close about 1 block away which can be great but bad with noises. But besides that not a bad place for a night. "

"I arrived at 1am the hotel never received the reservation from Expedia. Luckily they had a room thanks Expedia for almost making me homeless for the night!"

"I read so many negative reviews that I almost cancelled the reservation. I got there after 2.00am so outside was completely empty. The elderly gentleman at front desk was courteous, just doing his job. He checked me in quickly. - l went upstairs to the room and it was clean with towels and soap, and I didn’t see bedbugs or anything crawling around, like l’d read online. - l woke up 3 hours later to the chirping of birds ( read about that online) l tried but couldn’t get back to sleep. "I was very pleased with my entire experience at Extended Stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. I asked for an extra pillow and they didn't hesitate. The ambience of the lobby was warm and welcoming."
