"The hotel looks a bit tired. Chairs in the lobby are worn, the carpet in my room was worn and the paint job in the bathroom was not great. There was a huge drip on the tile. Also, the bathroom door handles were old and hard to work. And there was no rail for the shower glass on the right side, so it swung back and forth if you touched it. The positive is the bed was very clean and comfortable. And I met one of your managers, Angelique, who took the time to walk me to a take-out restaurant...
