The staff is great! Jeff is amazing and makes sure to help with anything and everything he can. Each time I stay, there are always improvements from the last time, so it is nice to see that feedback goes a long way with the company and that they're constantly working to make things better for their guests! This was the worst stay I have ever had , the internet did not work, they have safes in the room that do not work at all , if you lock your things in the safe they will get stuck in there , they have a bad Palmetto roach problem very bad ! With huge cockroaches that come out at night while you’re sleeping and fly on you ! I was moved into another room because of the roaches and the other room did not have a mattress protector on it and you can see a big blood or some sort of dark color huge spot on the mattress the mattress looks old and bed bug bound ! And when walking out the hotel it’s a higher metal piece that’s very dangerous walking out I hit my toes several times on it walking out ! I definitely will never ever stay here again !
