"Upon check-in a cockroach crawled on my hand. Hot tub and pool stone cold and broken back door lock. Contacted property management Vacasa and they refused refund although this is health and safety violations. Property manager was aggressive over the phone and minimized cockroach infestation saying it’s just a “palmetto bug”. Palmetto bugs are cockroaches.No refund given despite us reporting complaint of property and refusing to stay in an infested house. Run."

"Very nice unit. Completely renovated and like new. All the amenities are included. Great island for biking. Saw BOTH sunrise and sunset from the same location on the property beach. Only downside was that the unit is close to the road and there was a great deal of construction traffic going up and down the road all day- "
