"The house is large with a nice layout and comfortably housed our family of 8 adults. It is ideally located directly on a wonderful beach. The owners are responsive, replacing a broken pool heater while we were there. The island has some scars from the recent hurricanes but is recovering well. This is a great spot for a private beachfront getaway. "

"The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!"

"We had a very large group (19) and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful house! The property management company and owner were kind enough to make sure the house was stocked with enough beach chairs and outdoor games for us prior to our visit. It was a bit of a bummer that 2 of the 3 golf carts that came with the house were not working but the carts were an added perk of the house. I did make some recommendations on some items the house was missing to support such a large group but...

"The house and property exceeded expectations. Kitchen was well stocked and has everything you would need for preparing meals for a week. The pool was clean and warm which the kids used every day. The golf carts provided are like new and great for getting around the island. We used the grocery order service mid week and had everything the next day, very convenient. I would highly recommend staying at this location, you wont be disappointed. "
