"The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!"

"The house is large with a nice layout and comfortably housed our family of 8 adults. It is ideally located directly on a wonderful beach. The owners are responsive, replacing a broken pool heater while we were there. The island has some scars from the recent hurricanes but is recovering well. This is a great spot for a private beachfront getaway. "

"It was a great space for our extended family vacation! We had 12 of us and there was the perfect amount of room for all of us! We had ages 6-70’s. Just a tip, if you have older people who have difficulty with steps, this might be challenging. Also, a heads up, the convenient store in the island had some necessities, but not a lot, so make sure you get your groceries before coming over. But we did visit the store daily for delicious ice cream and coffee!! The island currently has one restaurant...
