"Everything about the Wyndham was excellent but I wish to comment on the the staff person who was at the registration desk around mid-night on 21 February. "So first off, the staff were very nice, and the property was fine. There was an incident where police were waiting on a warrant for someone across from us all night and had a yelling match back and forth. The doors/walls were uncomfortably thin in that regard. That being said, the staff took care of us and provided a full refund for our stay due to the incident since we were unable to sleep. Not the best area of town, but that's what it's like in Charlotte. Hotel was pretty nice all things...

"Although we had a rough check in no fault of hotel we did not have a “actual bank” Debit card. They do not accept PayPal, cash App, One Bank, etc. It has to be a card from a bank you can “walk into”. Overall the stay was comfortable, locations was a way enough from heavy traffic but close enough to get to anything you wanted in uptown. "
