"The hotel was okay. Not great, but far from the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Front desk folks were friendly, night and day. Room was comfortable but nothing earthshaking. If I’m looking for weaknesses, the free breakfast was…well, you get what you pay for. Minimal selections, breads/bagels were all starting to go stale. They did offer a good selection of teas, so that was positive. The dining room was the food servery…very limited bench seating facing walls or windows."

"The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The HVAC thermostat/wall controller seemed to be faulty (wasn't operating properly)."

"Overall, it was a decent place to stay at for a quick trip and not far from where we had to be. The area could use more lighting, looks like a sketchy motel at night. The room was decent, floor is cement, no carpet nor tile so be sure to have somw socks. The bathroom is small but clean. I would stay here again if im strap for cash and doing a quick trip."

"With the varied previous reviews I was unsure how I would like the hotel, but I had nothing to worry about. It was modern, clean, with a great location and friendly staff. My room and bathroom weren't huge but were perfectly fine and modern. I had a room overlooking Powell street that was a bit noisy, but it didn't disrupt my sleep and I loved that the trolly stop was at the corner and union square was at the end of the street, not to mention the BART stop to the airport was just 2 blocks...
