"Loved the house and neighborhood. Balboa and Newport were so pretty & we loved walking and shopping. Rogers Gardens was a highlight. In front master bedroom a light was out and the bathroom faucet was loose. Thanks"

"We've been to Newport Beach a few times and this was our favorite property! Very close to Ruby's for the kids and close enough for a nice walk to our favorite place, Seaside Bakery. We had a family emergency while we were staying here and were able to add another night, seamlessly, to our stay. We'll be back for sure!"
