"At first I was worried about my stay. The first night I did not get very much sleep due to a large metal banging waking me up several times over the night. Then the next morning I had to use a scalding hot shower as I could not get the temperature to work. And I still had five more nights for my stay! "The breakfast options were a bit slim, but more importantly, the shower was clearly not designed for people of above average hight. This was exacerbated by the fact that the cold water came out the shower and the hot water came out the tub spout. So my ankles were burning while my neck was freezing ( hard the get my head under the shower). A bad shower really puts a damper on a stay, but other than that, nice facility."

"We would have liked to have fresh coffee, not just after breakfast with enough creamer. Coffee in the lounge was out most of the time and not hot. The Laker’s Lounge bar was always closed. Shower gel and pump hand soap would have been nice. Shampoo and Conditioner was nice. Hotel was not close enough to places to eat and places that were around closed too early. "
