Clean, newly renovated rooms. Staff is accomodating. Affordable. Location near a very busy roundabout, getting to and from hotel can be tricky.

We had to walk on 1/2 inch thick ice to get down the sidewalk and up the stairs to the door. The temperature in the public areas of the hotel were very cold. So our breakfast got cold before we could eat it. The room was nice and the staff were great.

No sponge but provided soap. Visible large crumbs were found on the nightstands. The bed had hairs on the bed. The floor was dusty and had visible white substances on the floor.
