"One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at, period. We were lucky to get checked in by the general manager who was an excellent and empathetic communicator. In the short time we were there, we got to observe the staff and how they interacted as a team to provide a great experience for guests. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good. Yes, the place needs some cosmetic upgrades, but the present condition does not impact comfort or safety in the least."

"We enjoyed our stay overall but since it was two adults and four children we chose to get the 3 beds with two rooms and for some odd reason they decided to put that room directly above the reception desk and over looking the entire lobby. The lobby is nice but you could hear the kids and us since we were over the reception and lobby and everything echoed. We had a couple complaints of course. The kids were just being kids, excited to be in a hotel room. So, it made us a little uncomfortable and...
