"Room was very big, bathroom very comfortable (my room was No. 8). Bed and pillows could use an upgrade. AC works very well. Property is on a high floor with access lift. Makes it quiet to sleep at night. WiFi works well The place has a common area to work/drink tea etc. My room was away from this area and hence a bit more quiet, I suspect rooms at the entrance could have some noise"

"We had issues with billing that made things difficult and the owner was not the easiest communication wise. Here are my ratings out of 10. Mattresses - 2, very hard Pillows - 2, very firm Outside noise - 8, very quiet street Inside noise - 1 LOUD construction noise right over our room right after 8 am, also our neighbors talking/using kitchen late at night Shower - 6 half a glass panel, window on ground level, shower handle holder is loose so you can't adjust it Bath - 10 nice deep...

"Finding the hotel was confusing. The street is one block long and there is no sign for the hotel. There are several "hotels" in the same building, and the office for Montecitorio was reached by an elevator in the back. The elevator floors and the hotel floors don't match up, so we had to search for the office. Room was accessed from a different elevator, which was either a half-flight up or down from the elevator. Room was small, but clean and adequate. Bathroom was small. Toilet leaked...

"In a very noisy area and really quite scary with drunks outside breaking bottles and kicking and banging outside our window"

"Property wasn’t maintained well. We had a broken light switch by the bed that was partly falling into the wall. No hot water in the shower. No amenities. A lightbulb out in the bathroom. Wouldn’t recommend this place. "
