"Staff in ALL areas of this property were super friendly. I wish i had know ahead of time the difference in the "classic" rooms versus the other options. The classic rooms are in a very old building with creaky floors and noisy ac/heat. The walls are super thin and you can hear neighbors talking like they are in the same room with you. It would have been worth it to pay the big jump up in rates to get in a better building. "

"We enjoyed our stay, even though it was a last minute stay. The hotel was clean without that Fabuloso smell, sometimes that stuff is over bearing."

"incredible old historic hotel. Very interesting displays. Room was small, shower very small. Floor uneven but what do you expect. Service outstanding. Diamond Belle saloon fun but does get crowded. Be aware there are steps to get into the hotel but the front desk will help with luggage. "

"This hotel has a great pub in it with some really good food selections. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I loved the the bed. The king mattress was firm but still has pillow top for that good sleep we were wanting. Our small dog came along and loved the space for romping and play."

"Excellent communication with the staff and Jess who got us checked in easily over phone and text. The property is a gem situated along a quiet stretch hwy 160 with a private pond and hiking trails. The rooms are updated with kitchens and a living space with a lot of space for our family of four to stretch out. I’d highly reccomend high creek lodge and will be back next trip to Pagosa springs. "
