"This property is essentially a B&B. don’t let the exterior scare you off. Room was very clean and the property had a rooftop terrace. Alessandro is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Bear in mind there is no elevator so you need to climb about 5 flight of stairs. Location is in the heart of Palermo within walking distance of everything."

The girl that did check-in was super friendly and helpful and made me breakfast to take to my room for the next day due to being an early check-out prior to normal breakfast times. The room was very comfortable and modern, with an arty twist. Easy enough to find and access in what felt to be a safe location. I had a super good last nights sleep in Sicily here before heading to the airport. Parking was a challenge...

"Extremely noisy. The live “animation “ outdoor, family friendly entertainment went until 1:00 EVERY night. Price was extra for AC, breakfast, and mandatory fee for beach and pool. Needs to be explained better in description. This is ideal for the family vacation since it is not near any public transportation so must have a rental car to see any of Sicily, but most families stay all day, all night. Not for the travelers who want to explore the island."

"Das Hotel war okay. Es war schwierig auszumachen wo denn eigenlich die Lobby ist. Diese befindet sich im 2.OG unter anderem Namen. Das muss man erst mal wissen und wenn nicht jemand gekommen wäre hätten wir das nicht erfahren. Zudem stimmte die angegebene Telefonnummer nicht. Das Zimmer war okay. Das Frühstück etwas schmal aber die Leute am Empfang waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit."

"Location is the most attractive thing about this hotel. It is on the first floor of an apartment house. I stayed there three days and on two of those days, nobody on the staff spoke anything else but the Sicilian dialect. The people were good but had limited ideas on how to run a hotel. Also, a man tried to get his hand into my pocket one evening. It happened just around the corner of my hotel. But this thing might have happened anywhere, I guess."
