"The best communication by the manager. He even gave us his recommended places to see with our short time in Palermo, booked our transportation to and from the airport, and made us dinner reservations because of our very tight schedule. He went above and beyond. Would stay again."

"Stayed for a night here before boarding our cruise ship and we have never been so satisfied! The communication of the host was superb, she communicated before, during and after and met my family and I at the location during checkin to walk us through the VRBO. She also took the time to set up a dinner reservation for us at the best pizza place we’ve ever had. We have nothing but good things to say! Thank you!"

"This a convenient spot for people who want to get outside of the airport on our way to Western/south western Sicily! Niccolo was a thoughtful host, communicated ahead of time, and met us at a spot that was easy to find, so he could lead us to lead us to the house. "This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities of a modern home. It is located in an area full of restaurants, and was also within walking distance to all the main sights. We are a family of 3 and loved every aspect of our stay. Our host was amazing, answering all our questions promptly regarding parking and restaurants. She even conveniently arranged the car service to the airport for us. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough!"

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
