"The staff and the condition of the property was great. We were here because of an early flight out of NAP and the property is close. Found the property to be clean and more upscale than many small hotels in Naples. They arranged for our early car to the airport and it went smooth as silk despite people still out celebrating NYE at 3:30 AM! Great pizza place 2 doors down. We felt lucky to find this place."

Why was I put in a room on the noisy side of the hotel overlooking the road when the hotel was empty literally. "Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours.
