"Very smart looking from the outside. Convenient location within easy walk of restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The only thing that wasn’t good was the size of the rooms, which were quite poky."

"A little bit noise from the pools when you can hear people talking and laughing badly and it's finally go away after 11pm. Room is good and clean. Hotel location is perfect near food, shopping, Makashi station. Parking is limited."

"Have to pay for the use of the pool, I would suggest the hotel use a timetable instead of a paying system. The hotel arranged for a 3rd bed in advance without additional charge so this is really good."

"The Nest Hotel Kumoji is very well located. The second floor after breakfast is used as an open space. This is much appreciated as we are a large group"

"You can get stupid drunk on free alcohol, but the breakfast is way over priced. Wrong priorities for this property, should be sending guests out for the day on a full belly of FOOD. Instead you have a hangover if you indulged to much the night before. "

"Really not far for those main public transport stop . Main road walking , safe and relax . Two Staff on duty all the times , fully respond for all ours request . If really want to be picky, 1)there is no skin lotion ( but supply with high quality Bath & Hair shampoo, hair conditioner, Slippers. Crumb.) 2) Air conditioners controller not walking , same temperature all night . Sweet dream . "
