"A nice hotel with wonderful staff in a great location with a covered walkway both to the monorail and Naha Bus Terminal, with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. There are free drinks in the lobby downstairs including sake, awamuri and hot and cold drinks during a happy hour 3pm-6pm. There is a toaster and a microwave for guests to use, as well as a self-service laundry. I loved my spacious room with the balcony- it’s much bigger than the standard rooms. The beds were comfortable- not too hard and not too soft. If I were nitpicking, I would say I wish there was at least instant coffee provided in the rooms as there was none and to have coffee you had to go down to the lobby, but only after 10am when the breakfast was over. And this free coffee was horrible anyway, it was different to the one from the happy hour. Also, the grey carpet in the room looked a bit dirty, thankfully there were slippers provided. "

"The staff were unbelievably accommodating and nice. One overnight staff member even helped show me how the coin laundry worked. The breakfast in the morning is worth it and very yummy! The rooms were overall clean and tidy. I would stay here again."

"I loved this hotel. It was a pleasant one week stay for my husband and I. Starting with the reception staff, they were professional, helpful and cheerful. Then came the room. We stayed in room 720 with a beautiful view.Watching the lively Kokusai dori from our windows was a delight. So colourful at night and always busy.The room was spacious and well appointed with three windows that we could open. The beds that were of Swedish style, were really comfortable. I slept so well. Then the onsen.It was modern, very clean. Working well. I enjoyed it mornings and evenings.The breakfast was another success. Very delicious food and a good variety. The staff was simply nice and helpful. There were good vibes there. Location wise it is close to the Monorail and a bus stop. I would gladly stay there again. The other thing that I liked was the water dispensers on every floor and art displays. "

"The staff was great, and the entire hotel looked very clean. Food at the bar/restaurant was good as well. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic). "
