"Amazing view from the room. The hotel is equipped with an elevator which was helpful with my 81 year old mother who cannot walk too well at times. The service staff was pleasant and kind. Dinner and breakfast were very good! The only disappointment was that the check-in at the hotel is after 3 pm, contrary to the description on the hotels.com website."

"Super friendly staff and perfect facilities and amenities. Onsen baths are extremely nice and the private bath on the 5th floor of the annex building has an unbeatable view.
