"Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious."

"The hotel boasts a distinctive design, with each reservation being allocated a bubble-shaped living space. The views during both sunrise and sunset are truly captivating. However, there are much needed areas for improvement. The bubble becomes uncomfortably warm during the day, even with the air conditioning at its maximum, and gets quite chilly at night, even without any cooling. This daytime heat could be a result of the greenhouse effect, making prolonged daytime stays in the bubble...

"When I arrived at the property, I knew I was in for a treat. A big, clean, comfortable room, with an attached kitchenette and a bathroom with a gorgeous stone tub. I also had a little terrace where I ate my breakfast. Speaking of breakfast - the breakfast alone made my stay so pleasant. Toast, banana pancakes, and a spread of delicious tropical fruit. Plus coffee :) Everyone at the property is kind and friendly, and there are cute dogs around. The location is a reasonable walk from the main area...

"Honestly, at first I was a little nervous. But OMG it was the most amazing experience. I slept well, the breakfast was delicious, and the views truly cannot be beat."

"Did not post no ac in room. Ceiling fan small and could not open windows for air circulation. Then charged me extra to move to room w/ ac. Should have put rooms without ac upstairs so at least you could get a breeze. Stained sheets towels tub and toilet. Rips in towels and sheets. Only good thing cook made good banana crepes."

"とても素敵な施設&滞在でした。 チェックイン後は丁寧なツアーもしていただきました。ですが、ソーラーパネルでまかなえる総ワット数&施設での毎月使用している電力量、雨水や廃水の総量、濾過循環方法、スバックについて等など、質問に対して回答がいただけなかったのは残念でした。 部屋のゴミの分別ができるような形であったり、無料のコーヒーやお茶があったり、欲を言えばコンポストトイレがあったりしたら宿泊者には嬉しかったです。"

"I had a lovely stay! One thing I might recommend, is making the opening times for the bar/breakfast area more visible, there were a few times when we checked for cocktails and it wasn't open. Other than that, 10/10 stay! Thank you very much! "

"The staff is excellent and very attentive to your needs and goes above and beyond. It's down a street that has local places mixed in with newer looking establishments. it's also a short walk to the temple and mant other restaurants and shops. The staff can set you up with any tours or excursions you want to do for a fair price. We extented our stay and look forward to coming back to ubid in a couple weeks ;)"
