"Every member of the staff was exceptional. They were all very kind, helpful, gave great suggestions on things to do, and all with a smile. The property was very clean and with comfortable beds. The hotel is ready for a remodel though. The furniture shows a lot of wear and tear and the elevators and some of the common areas seemed like they couldnuse updating."

"Good: service. I had a problem with my tv and they fixed it by finding the proper remote to change the settings. Room was clean Bad: my door had been damaged prior to me checking in and had not been fully restored which made me feel uneasy. The phone did not work either Ugly: My floor reeked of cigarette and weed smoke. Had to put a towel under the door. "

"Only stayed one night but nice roomy space. Room was quiet and comfortable. Check in/out was easy. Breakfast was good. Fairly close to the venue where we were attending a concert (NODA area). Would stay again should we come back for another concert. "

"I picked this hotel since it had a shuttle to the airport, it was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfy but needed more structural support. I stayed overnight. After a 7am departure, I arrived at the from desk at 5pm, when the employee informed me that the shuttle was not going to the airport due to a flat tire. The young man at the from desk halted his duties and ordered a taxi for me, which allowed me to barter for a lower fare once we arrived at the airport."
