"The stay in this property was very nice. The owner is very friendly and absolutely delightful. She answered all the questions and helped with the laundry as well The suite (2 bedroom) was more than sufficient for our family of four (4 adults). The beach is a 5 minute walk away, and in 10 minutes you will get to a plethora of dining options. There is a convenience store a minute away. And the neighborhood was quiet during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Paihia and the stay here "

"This property is perfectly placed in the heart of the Russell waterfront however once you stepped into the property it was quiet and serene. You would not have known you were right next to busy restaurants aa there was no noise at all. Very close to the wharf, with many restaurants and conveniences within easy walking distance. While some of the decor is a little dated, it has been very well maintained and you can see the owners have continued to upgrade parts of the property. The room was...
