"Our room was fine, except had a bit of a dog smell to it... Just a kiosk for the front desk check in, no person, but the person through the kiosk was very polite. The live staff person we did encounter in the morning was rude. Also, the pullout bed we needed had no bedding in the room and we couldn't find a live person to help us get any that evening (before 9pm), so we bought a blanket and pillow at a store so my son could just sleep on the couch. Would not return to this location. "

"Stay was great after we finally got checked in. We had everything we needed. Check in was at three. We tried to do early check in but rooms were not ready. At check in time at 3 pm still not ready. It was 4pm before we got room after driving 7 hours. No compensation allowed. Just said sorry we are short staffed and we can give you points. I don’t travel enough to use points. "
