Primary road to facility is under construction (for what seems like years) so accessibility is a challenge, specifically on the way out, to the interstate. I do realize this is a "growing" area, with new amenities coming.

Very good experience! The beds and pillows were fantastic and very clean! Great water pressure and the hot water was the perfect temp! Workers were nice! The pool was very clean and not crowded I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. We chose to stay because of the included breakfast. The eggs, sausage and hash browns were cold, and I mean cold. I am not a picky person when it comes to food, but it was so cold I couldn’t finish it. I was told by checkout the person who does breakfast is really good so something must have been wrong with the warmers. Didn’t help us any so that’s the reason for knocking a star. Almost perfect.

Comfortable beds. Good towels and bedding. Furniture was not as nice as other IHG properties we have stayed in. Breakfast bar was good. Staff friendly.

We have stayed in quite a bit of Holiday Inn’s and never had an issue with the thermostat. Room wouldn’t cool below 76. Staff told us we could move, but it would be to two separate rooms which wasn’t an option with having 4 kids. We stuck it out to get through the night and neither my wife nor I could sleep. It got warmer.
