"I liked the when the front desk clerk remembered me after 2 years. I usually come there for my military weekends. I was gone for 2 years and when I showed up at 12:45am. He welcomed me with a big smile and remembered my name. Now that’s Excellent customer service. "

"Easy check in, asked and reserved a non-smoking room, but could tell the room had been smoked in. Not real bad, just faint enough to know. Breakfast, grab and go Continental style. Noisy, but hotel is highway side. Traffic noise. Overall decent for what we needed and would try it again."

"Everything was great and clean. They didn’t clean the room or bring new towels on day two. We may have had the dnd sign up, not sure. Didn’t matter. The front desk gave us more. Breakfast was great and it was pleasant to sit down stairs. I was in a wheelchair and or accessible room was comfortable and large. 2dbl and sofa room. Not a walk/roll in shower set up. It was a tub with a seat. Would have been better if taller. But that was my first shower since my wreck in October. This is...

"Excellent experience. My only comment is you must put a sign of your name right at the front of the building. We had trouble finding the building and we had to ask your neighbor Hyatt and he sent us next door to you. Hyatt, Confort Inn, Hampton Inn have their sign. Why don’t you do the same?"
