"Good Hotel, right next to the main Train Station and tram that takes you directly from the airport to the train station visa versa. Hotel was a bit hard to find from the front but on the building you will see a plaque saying hotel Brooklyn, just climb those stairs and through the double door, it will be on the 2nd floor (elevator or climbing for faster). Room was good with fridge however, the bathroom needs some renovations and plus the lo-flo toilets are no go for tourists/hotel guest. "

"This place starts on the 2nd floor although the front desk (check-in) is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.. Breakfast is the best I had in Italy for a hotel, customer service was great. It is obvious to me that that this hotel is trying to deliver great customer service, they had a kitchen in which you could go get hot water, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.. for free 24 x 7.
