"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room was filthy from the start. No one came to clean our room during our stay so we had to go and request new towels and buy toilet roll. "Perfect location right opposite the main ski lift and next door to a ski hire shop. Breakfast is good and there is a generous sized guest lounge on the top floor and ski store in the basement. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked the last and cheapest room on the first floor , it was just above a bar which played music until 11.30 every night - fortunately we liked their playlist. "
