"Upon check-in, the front desk clerk gave us a ground floor room next to the elevator room. I asked to be moved but the clerk claimed they were full. Upon composing to another employee, we were give a new room. We should not have had to get through this problem. "

"Really lovely place and organized with check in process! Common areas very welcoming and the breakfast service was friendly and super delicious. Only suggestion was to have a 2nd chair in guest room for 2 people, and a box of tissues handy. Lots of other conveniences were nice though. Coffee was super delicious local roasted! Whoever designed and built the cabins did not cut any corners and really went the extra mile. Our cabin was incredibly comfortable. The decor and materials were well done and the craftmanship was excellent.
