"Our stay was good. We were only there for sleeping as we were visiting family and friends. All was good. The only thing I would say is that a 21.00 deadline to check in on the first night was a bit too early. We tried to contact the hotel to ask if we could arrive a bit later but there was no response. That is the only "slight" negative of our stay."

It is situate a very short walk from Charleroi central train and bus station. There are lifts to all floors and everybody is catered for here. Even with being away from home the whole interior gave us a homey feeling. The details were astonishing in the whole building! My compliments to this family!"
