"We have stayed here before and will Do again. Although it’s a youth hostel - nobody feels unwelcome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is situate a very short walk from Charleroi central train and bus station. There are lifts to all floors and everybody is catered for here. Breakfast is included in the price and there is plenty to fill yourself up. No cooked food other than boiled eggs - but they’re were lovely. "I wasn't so happy with the property. Our first night was horrible. The room became so cold at around 3 or 4am. I was shivering but the warmer is set to 21' but they could have turn of the heating..second is that there was no sufficient towels. Normally if you enter a hotel or aparthotel you get the towels for the number of days you are staying i,e 4 days, then 4 towels for every person. Next the soap, shampoo or lotion.
