"This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few metres from the beach (pebbly). Breakfast can be taken at their terrace on the beach (breakfast superb!) overlooking the rock. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. The room was big, if a little dated, but very very clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a terrace. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. The bathroom is small, but sparkingly clean and functional, with plenty of hot water. When we had a faulty light fitting one evening the staff were very quick to respond and even at 8 pm the faulty fitting was replaced without any fuss. We cannot fault this hotel and would definately recommend. "

"5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. The hotel is a short walk from a small beach and town harbor and near several excellent dining options. Breakfast is served on an open terrace overlooking the sea and features many hand-prepared local items. The Elea Mare gets our highest endorsement!"
