"The apartment is in an excellent location for those who wish to be outside of the main tourist Old Town, but want to still access it easily. Very close to the U3 subway line, which was very useful. The communication from the CheckVIENNA staff was fantastic. The apartment was spacious but very rough around the edges, with the toilet loose from the floor and the TV having no signal. "Der Kontakt und der Check-In liefen reibungslos. Allerdings ist der Zustand der Unterkunft mangelhaft und unhygienisch. Die Matratze dreckig und uns wurde nur ein feuchtes Handtuch für zwei Personen bereitgestellt. Wenn man keine hohen Erwartungen hat, kann das Zimmer trotzdem mit seiner Lage punkten. Tolle Anbindung an Öffis und die Innere Stadt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. "

"This very clean and spacious property offers a unique blend of shopping and dining options and even a mall in a local charming neighborhood. The tram at the doorstep took us in about 15 minutes right to the Centre of Vienna. "

"This property had no working heat we were huddled sleeping 3 across a queen bed for 2 nights because of only being given 2 blankets. The host didn’t respond until the next day and when they did it was a long list of items to complete in order to get the heat working which didn’t end up working. Also no hot water. Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed."

"The room itself is very nice and would recommend for a cheap get away however there is a problem with some people being very loud and a major problem being the larger amount of ants everywhere under the bed and on the countertop, it may be caused by under the bed not being cleaned as it had dust and food bits left under it"

"It's close to the train station, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It is a very basic room that does the job, but not very comfortable and the area itself can be pretty noisy at night so at times it can be difficult to sleep."
