Staff not friendly
The staff wasn't friendly and gave me and my partner a hard time regarding paying parking and using the gold member voucher. I as a guest don't need to know what the deal the hotel has with expedia nor do I care if they agree with it or not. If they don't like the deal they have with expedia/hotels.com then remove the hotel from their website. Giving guests an unpleasant experience because of this shouldn't be the way to go.

There was mold on the walls in my bedroom, the lamp didn’t work, the tub had rust stains and the stopper didn’t work either. The sauna was out of service my entire stay and the area is probably the worst part of Vienna. At least the breakfast was good.

We asked for a room for 3 people.the 3rd person had an unpleasant night without sleep on the fold out bed as ao uncomfortable. He would have booked another room if he had known it wasnt an actual bed. The breakfast was outstanding.

When I checked into the hotel, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness and service. There was hair on the folded robe in my room, and I even found a used toothbrush behind the bathroom door, which made it clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. I asked reception for hand soap, and they said someone would bring it up, but no one ever did. I also emailed reception about these issues, but no one responded. When I went to the front desk in person, they promised the manager would contact me, but I never heard back. It’s been really frustrating and far below the standards I expected.

Location so-so, breakfast great.
The hotel is located in a fairly run down district of the town, however walking distance (25 min) of museums etc. The beds were not so comfortable. The breakfast was however outstanding with lots to choose from. The location is what brings the rating down for me. Also the hotel bar closed for some unknown reason.

Safety! Couldn't operate the elevator without the room key. conveniently located, close to the train station, shopping centers, and restaurants. I checked out at 4 am, and the receptionist at that time went above and beyond her way to help us to get our taxi to the airport. Overall, we had a good experience.
