Very well located hotel, just 20 mins from the airport to one of the main train stations. 20 mins walk from the centre but well connected by tram, train and metro.

We had a Great staying at Flemings Hotel. Easy to find, clear and comfortable room, Great sauna. Good connection with all of main city monuments and places to visit. Excellent, if i’ll ever visit Vienna again i will surely come back.

The location of the hotel is good, only a short walk away from the train station. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. What let the hotel down was tired and dated features. The aircon facilities need replacing along with the carpets. My room carpet had several stains on!

Very comfortable & staff are great
Great hotel. The staff was accommodating and the beds were very comfortable. They do not do daily maid service if you stay more than one day. Otherwise, it was a great visit and I enjoyed my stay.

I had an excellent stay. My room was very clean and quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and great a checkin. My bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was great. Nice and spacious room too. I’ll definitely try and stay at another Flemings again.

The hotel is situated very close to the tram and underground station. Lots of food options nearby. The breakfast was amazing, soo much to choose from. The rooms are just as you see advertised. A lovely place to stay.

We were initially given a room that stank of cigarette smoke. Then we were given a room that had a window view of another window into another room. We eventually settled for another street view room that didn’t smell but had cigarette butts on the decorative balcony and used tissues and clothing remnants under the bed. We travelled in the lift with housekeeping who were taking a canister of female deodorant to our previous room, presumably to mask the smell of smoke. Housekeeping services every other day were due to sustainability, apparently. We stayed for 3 nights, four days and we had our room serviced once. Location is good. Breakfast was okay to good. Disappointing disregard to cleanliness.

We stayed 4 days and it was very convenient to the train station. The beds are very comfortable but more pillows would be nice. We were given only one. Housekeeping comes in every other day so the coffee, tea & cups aren’t refreshed.

Not as clean as I would have liked – spots on the carpet and dust (+ another guest’s comb) under the bed. Though, I must say the room is decent and the price is very cheap compared to the location. It is safe and close to transportation that can get you almost anywhere in Vienna. Staff was nice! I can actually recommend!
