"On check in receptionist told me he can not give me receipt because I booked on expedia?, although I told him I chose to pay at property.He told me it is already payed and I should write to expedia for receipt?.Room was ok, but light above bed was not in function, so you can turn the light on or off only at door switch. Tomorrow morning I had to ask again another receptionist for receipt and he gave me receipt with no problem at all. "

"Impressive old mansion on a hill overlooking Vienna. Incredible city views at night and we were treated to a spectacular sunrise over the city in the morning too. The building itself has a checkered history, some of which was disturbing to read about, but the hotel has done a great job of utilising it for a memorable guest experience. Stunning views from the breakfast table and a great buffet breakfast. "

"When we arrived the room we reserved was inaccessible and then we were moved to a room not compatible with our group size. The entire villa was freezing, such that we could see our breath when we breathed. There were lights out and the fridge smelled rancid. The bathrooms were dirty and there were derogatory political stickers on the door. "

"The apartment is in an excellent location for those who wish to be outside of the main tourist Old Town, but want to still access it easily. Very close to the U3 subway line, which was very useful. The communication from the CheckVIENNA staff was fantastic. The apartment was spacious but very rough around the edges, with the toilet loose from the floor and the TV having no signal.
