Starting in the front desk Jean Paul was very welcoming he made us feel very happy since the beginning and also he explained us all about the hotel, the restaurants and the bars and the entertainment. The first night I only had access to WiFi in reception however from the 2nd night they managed to connect me to a 2nd WiFi signal which reached my room. Overall this place was value for money."
