"This property is extremely safe- ring bell to enter and no keys for room doors. You have a code. It’s very clean for an older hotel- even the hanging lamps were dusted ! The staff was very friendly and helpful- let us check in early, watched our luggage both before checking in and the day we checked out. Definitely is worth way more than we were charged- great job all around!!! "

"Pros: locked door & a private bedroom, basic amenities like shower & wifi, safe & quiet neighborhood. Cons: walls were so thin that not only could I hear every word of my neighbor's phone call, I could hear every word *coming through the receiver on his phone*. Showers smelled strongly of mildew. Room was smaller than the pictures showed (no desk, essentially only space for a bed). You get what you pay for! Living cheaply in Polanco is kind of an oxymoron. Glad to be somewhere else now."
