I think the check in experience told us exactly what we needed to know at this property. At check-in, agent couldn’t find our reservation. Instead of communicating what he was doing, he just stayed silent and we were left confused what was going on. while we were waiting Another guest jumped in front of us and he assisted her and that was really rude because we still didn’t know whether we had a room or not. When we got to our room, there was dust bunnies and stains on the sheets. Throughout our stay in the room, the AC said it was cooling, but it never did leaving the room dry and hot. Because of this everyday, I woke up with a bloody nose. The plugs would go in/out and so we couldn’t charge our devices or use our hot hair tools. one of the guest in the room with me had to check into another hotel because of how uncomfortable it was leading us to waste more money on rooms for our trip was an inconvenience. When we went downstairs to what was going on no one cared. We were told the manager was in a meeting and we could wait for him but again that was an inconvenience. We were not allowed to get more than one key for the room, and there was three guest, again an inconvenience. Just felt that the entire state of this property no one had urgency to help or any customer service skills. With that being said we will not be returning to this property or any property under this brand. The only perk of this property is the bellman BRYAN who was angel and very helpful.
