"It was a good stay except, they gave us a room that was already occupied. That could be a little scary because you never know who’s there. Fortunately the guest was ok when we tried to enter."

I appreciated that oatmeal was offered at breakfast, but at opening time, it was never fully cooked/heated. I had to take my bowl to the microwave in the lobby and heat it up for a minute."

"I love my staying at Best Western Plus Palm Desert. The room was spacious, clean and with everything we need. the bed was comfortable same with the pillows. Split air was quiet. Well located near restaurants. Breakfast was amazing!!! Carefully made by order. I will definitely come back!"
