Plus constant noise of the engine. They send like 10 automatic emails in a day but never reply to my messages about my request to change room, never offer for a partial reinsbursement. "Wonderful, warm welcome. Room very comfortable. Few tweaks needed - drawers not easily accessible, hanging space a bit high. Wonderful shower - walk-in, such a treat as most hotels have showers inaccessible to anyone with any mobility issues. Surprisingly quiet even though on main road. Great for a couple of nights"

"A beautiful building and the rooms were well furnished. However no food or hot drinks available. Hardly any personnel around Room not serviced and we used codes to get in and out. Not a place we would use again. "
