"Pros: beautiful building and location. Lots of character. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and building very clean and secure. Cons: screaming toilet pipes when flushed, odd layout with very old fixtures (ie old lamp wiring and sockets almost pulled out of wall). A stovetop/burner but no dishes, only one sitting chair, no closet or hooks to hang clothes. Very uncomfortable bed. No recycling bin (most hotels have these now). No luggage rack. "Communication from the host was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy. No tv in the room, but we really didn’t care. It was a surprise for my family and they loved it. Perfect if you want a quiet affordable getaway. Walking distance to inner harbor. Breakfast was included and provided by a family owned cafe called Imagine. Your choice of fruit and yogurt or a breakfast sandwich on banock bread… it was called Imagine Cafe and they make an awesome wood fired pizza."
