"Basic but clean. Bed comfortable. I stayed in the single en-suite. It was a very small room but you get what you pay for. Had everything it needed, hot powerful shower, no leaks, and all very clean and actually had a small double in the room. Bit noisy when people go up the stairs right outside your room. But as I said, can’t complain when you are paying less than £60 for central London. "

"This is the cleanest hostel I have ever been in. They are cleaning night and day. The 24-hour reception is a real plus and will take packages for you and accommodate most requests. The adjacent Brazilian restaurant is great for when you need a hot meal without going out in the cold. Unfortunately they don't have a coffee machine, but there is a cafe whose hours in the off-season are erratic. Super polite and helpful staff always. The bus and subway are 30 metres away. Closest shop about 200...

The staff were cooperative, so many attractions were convenient and close to the hostel, and everything overall was good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The only issue I encountered was that guests have to inform the staff for bed sheet changes and similar services, which could be improved. Other than that, everything was fine. "Overall we enjoyed our stay at the St Athans Hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around which were easy to walk to. The staff was helpful and kept our luggage safe and locked when it was too early to check in and after when we had checked out but it was too early to go to the airport. They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. We were worried the shared bathrooms...

"Easy Hotel South Kensington is my home away from home when I go to London. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful - and it is hard to beat the price. Sure it is not the Ritz but even when I have stayed in much more expensive accommodation - while there may be more amenities available - I rarely use them and I sleep jsut as comfortably at the Easy Hotel as I do at the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at - and at the same time save money in a convenient location wth great staff."
