"I chose this hotel because it advertised as being pet-friendly. 24 hours before check-in, I received an automated text saying no pets allowed subject to $250 fee. It's my fault for not calling the hotel to confirm, but upon arrival I found pets were allowed for $25/day. I wish my pup didn't have to miss out on our little family staycation! Also, the automated message said check-in was at 4pm. Check-in is at 3pm, as confirmed by the wonderful hotel staff. The hot tub is permanently out of...

"A great stay if you’re planning on not spending a whole lot of time there. The pool was down for construction, the shower hardly worked and the tub wasn’t all that clean, but it worked as we just needed a place to sleep after a bike race, it’s a great location tho with hardly any traffic noise "
