"The property was very clean, had a great breakfast, and the staff was very professional. The only reason for the 4-star review was that we stayed 2 nights and did not get maid service, so it was disappointing coming back from a long day and coming into a messy room (unmade beds, dirty bathroom, trash cans filled). During COVID, it was acceptable, but based on how much I pay to stay in a nice hotel, I do expect maid service ... it's not as if prices of stays decreased after COVID, so maid service...
