"I did enjoy this hotel. I did enjoy the locations. The courtyard is so beautiful and a lot of spaces to sit down. The room was large and comfortable. Shower was good and warm water."

" We did not stay at the property after all. We did not receive an email response to our inquiry about arriving late at night due to our flight. The address appeared to be incomplete on our receipt and could not find the property. We did not see any signage. We called the number and there was no answer. We had to drive around and call several hotels until we found a vacancy. We do not recommend this place."

"I arrived around 9:45 and they couldn’t locate my original reservation. They said they couldn’t find me and didn’t have my reservation. After looking she found the reservation I had made almost 2 months ago she said it was their mistake. Even though they didn’t have my type of room available they were able to accommodate me with another room. After that everything was perfect "

"Worst experience ever. First the property was closed and we had to call many times to open the door. Receptionist had no customer service at all. We decided were not going to stay bc of horrible ambience and she wanted to keep a copy of my passport, she refused to return it to me. When she finally accepted, and kicked us out of property. Do not recommend this. "

There was an issue locating my reservation, but all seemed well, I received the coordinates and process on how to check in. When we reached the apartment, the views were breathtaking, you're next to the airport and on the 16th floor. Beautiful place, except that's not the apartment I booked.
