"We always stay here on our road trip twice a year, this year our room was quite a bit worn down then our other stays and the hot tub was broken. Everyone’s always super friendly and they have the good pancake maker the kids love for breakfast "

"Convenient to Lassen Volcanic NP south entrance, but nothing else is around except this row of rooms & cabins behind them, a mercantile, then their restaurant with front office across the street. The front office is not labeled so several of us went into the restaurant and got redirected to the side. Check in did not take a credit card for incidentals (maybe because I paid via Expedia?). "The staff was kind, my room was spotless,, I can tell they upgraded the room and it looks so nice. We stayed in the first floor but if you go to second floor, you can get a beautiful view of Mount Lassen. I did have a couple of maintenance issues and I let the nice lady know while checking out and she apologized and jotted down what I said to pass along to maintenance. Very good experience, I would definitely stay again."

"Our 3 teens were happy with lots of space. We did have perfect spring weather and enjoyed the deck- sunbathing, reading, watching deer and wild turkeys, and cocktail hour with the sunset. Steve is a very responsive host and it was easy to communicate with him. We have family in Red Bluff and will definitely book again and recommend to others. The dog friendly yard and home is perfect if you are bringing your dog. "
