"Really lovely staff, delicious food with the AI and premium drinks included. I highly rate the food. Just a few niggles - the entertainment at night was WAY too loud, it would've been enjoyable if they turned the speakers down slightly or moved the speakers further away from the bar area. Housekeeping was hit and miss, the room was serviced every single day, it was just little things like replacing the coffee pods and milk and water bottles which were inconsistent. "Right from check in [it was earlier than stated], the staff couldn't be more helpful. The receptionist escorted us to our room and made everything was OK before she left. We only booked bed and breakfast but the dining staff were quickly on hand to help out and especially for those that have mobility problems taking food to the tables for them. The only gripe I would have at breakfast is the hot food wasn't hot and only warm. The cleaning staff were busy all day making sure the hotel was clean...

"The hotel is in a great location in a rocky bay which you can swim in. The hotel itself is pleasant, although the style of the room we had was somewhat dated, although clean and well serviced everyday. We had complained about the location of our room and were offered an alternative which we declined as we didn’t feel it was better……but the offer was appreciated. The staff were, almost without exception, very pleasant and helpful, in every area of the resort….."

"This apartment hotel is conveniently located near King Avenue Mall. While the hotel has a bit of an older charm, it is well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was good and sufficient, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They even upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment and suggested an earlier breakfast to accommodate our flight schedule. Overall, it offers great value for money! "

"Enjoyed our stay here. It's a smaller hotel (compared to the Coral Beach next door), so it's much quieter, especially as there are no children. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel. The outdoor pool area was really well maintained and the staff were very attentive (perhaps a little too attentive?).
